Record Crowds for the July 4th Fireworks
The annual 4th of July fireworks is a Detroit Lakes tradition made possible by the generosity of our community. A heartfelt thank you to the businesses and organizations that contributed to this year’s display and helped create a memorable celebration for residents and visitors alike.
The Chamber is proud to work alongside our volunteer co-chairs, Mark Fritz, Todd Simison and Mike Hutchinson,  and community partners to coordinate this annual tradition. From fundraising and permitting to working with the pyrotechnics team and local partners, it takes many hands to bring the display to life—and it simply wouldn’t happen without the businesses that generously step up to support it.
