The People Factor Conference | October 29
This year’s conference brings a fresh lineup of speakers and topics focused on the issues facing today’s workplaces—from legal updates and AI in HR to navigating difficult workplace behaviors, having better accountability conversations and building stronger teams.
And for those maintaining their SHRM certification, The People Factor has been approved for 5.25 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs).
Most importantly, this is a day designed for anyone who leads, manages or supports people—with practical information and ideas you can take back to work and use right away.
